Rosendorff is a revered brand, offering genuine value in diamonds and jewellery coupled with brilliant sales expertise and customer service since establishing its first store in Perth in 1963. We are now seeking a professional, well-spoken, and motivated Sales & Client Specialist to join our close-knit Perth team

About the Role
As Rosendorff enters a new chapter with big change and fresh visions ahead, we’re seeking a results-driven individual who excels in a sales environment and thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Primarily, you’ll be working to support front-line sales and some core showroom operations.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required, with the ability to achieve and exceed personal and store-based sales targets.
- Able to start immediatley
- Expected salary: $65000 - $75000 per year
- Full-time hours - Work Sundays 1030am to 430pm with every Saturday off and no late night trading
- Working rights within Australia are required for this role.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build on client relationship management.
- Support clients nationally from our Perth showroom.
- Potentially support other operational duties.
- Contribute to the daily operational excellence of the showroom.
- Actively support and embody Rosendorff’s brand values.
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end sales (highly valued)
- Brilliant presentation, communication, and professionalism
- Passion for fine jewellery and dedication to client satisfaction
- Reliability, team spirit, and attention to detail
- Ability to work every Sunday to Friday (with Saturdays off and an alternating weekday)
