Job Description
The Digitise Change Manager is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies aligned with the Digitise Program's goals. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure change plans are fit-for-purpose and delivered on time, as well as actively participating in agile ceremonies to identify change impacts early and foster continuous improvement. This is a full-time, 6 month fixed-term contract.
You will make an impact by:
- Developing and implement change management strategies aligned with the Digitise Program’s goals.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts to understand the business requirements, as-is processes and to-be processes.
- Conducting change impact analysis to assess the size and scope of changes for each initiative delivered under the Digitise Program
- Identifying stakeholders impacted by digital transformation for each initiative under the Digitise Program.
- Designing and deliver clear, targeted, fit-for-purpose communication plans that align with the audience's ways of working to support awareness and adoption
- Managing and collaborate with key program resources, including the Instructional Designer, Digital Implementation Lead, and Digital Administrator, to plan and conduct training activities
Position Description Inherent Requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CMBoK), Organisational Behaviour / Development or Psychology
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE®)
- Agile change agent/management certifications (desirable)
- Tertiary education in Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within a healthcare context.
- Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years experience in conducting change impact analysis and developing change plans.
