You'll play a vital role in creating and delivering tailored, developmentally appropriate programs that nurture each child's individual strengths and abilities empowering every child to thrive.
Responsibilities:

• Stay Compliant: Keep us up to speed with regulations while keeping the vibe joyful.
• Build Connections: Foster strong relationships and communicate effectively with
families and other stakeholders and celebrate each child’s journey!
• Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing
environment
• Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the smooth running of the service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
• Grow Together: Participate in professional development and help your team shine!
We’re looking for educators who:
• Have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and significant experience supporting children with special needs
• Are deeply committed to inclusion, equity, and early intervention
•Bring creativity, empathy, and a team-focused attitude to their work
•Thrive in a supportive, resource-rich setting that values ongoing professional development
• Have a current Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
• A sprinkle of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development!
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
