Join Our Team

The Director of Finance in the Finance Business Partner team is a strategic and analytical problem solver known for building trusted relationships across the organization. They excel in process and system orientation, taking initiative to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with commercial and operational leaders, specifically in the Asia-Pacific, they play a key role in strategic decision-making, managing day-to-day business partnering, revenue analysis, expense management, Triage (forecast), budget and strategic planning processes. The Director contributes to monthly financial reporting, analyzing KPIs, headcount, and variances against plan. Additionally, they conduct various ad-hoc analyses as required by the business, including business case development, pricing analysis, and sales incentive plan payout evaluation and confirmation.
