Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $150,906 to $159,677 p.a. (AO8)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
As the Director Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation, you will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive cultural transformation strategy and resulting program for Townsville Hospital and Health Services.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology or related field is highly desirable.
Advanced studies in leadership, change management or organisational behaviour would be highly valued.
A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
Experience in Human Synergistics Frameworks would be valuable, given the organisation's use of the se frameworks.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and implement comprehensive cultural change strategies and programs within a large, complex organisation, preferably in the health sector, with a strong drive to achieve transformative outcomes.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated success in designing and leading staff engagement strategies, including coaching and mentoring frameworks, that drive measurable improvements in morale, retention, and performance by empowering individuals, building leadership capability, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and support.
Highly regarded: Proven senior leadership / executive presence and influence, with experience in preparing and presenting concise board papers and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
