As our highly valued Director-Teacher at C&K Mount Louisa Community Kindergarten, you’ll lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. Through your ideas, passion and experiences, you will be integral to shaping a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive. C&K Mount Louisa Community Kindergarten offers a safe, inclusive, play-based learning environment with experienced educators, small group sizes, and a convenient Heatley location near Townsville.

• Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm
• Group size of 22 children maximum

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
