About the Role
As a Support Worker with Wellways, you’ll be working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide personalised support to people with complex physical and social needs.
No two days are the same, one day could be full of outdoor or community based activities, the next providing hands on support with daily living. Your role is to build strong, respectful connections and help people get the most out of life.

Your flexibility to work a variety of shifts including sleepovers and weekends is highly desirable.

Pre-employment requirements:
- Minimum Qualification in Certificate 3 in Individual support is desirable but on the job training will be provided
- Working rights within Australia
- A current valid Driver's License and an insured and registered vehicle
- Satisfactory Police Records Check
- Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current or must obtain prior to employment)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online certificate
