We are seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers (FEMALE) to join our team. Applicants must have extensive experience with individuals who have mental health and complex behaviors. Applicants must have availability for at least 4–5 days per week. The role may include supporting respite needs, facilitating community access, and encouraging the participant to engage in activities that help achieve their goals.
We also have multiple opportunities for support workers across various regions in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
- Assisting with social and recreational activities.
- Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
- Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviors.

- You have the skills to provide both practical and emotional support.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
