Disability Support Worker - Zillmere

We are seeking three passionate female Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to a client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Zillmere. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to a wonderful client in their daily living activities, including medication management, mental health support, and community access
• Implement tailored support plans based on individual needs
• Assist the participant in living more independently and confidently
• Be a compassionate and reliable presence in their home, helping with daily tasks, social activities, and outings

Shifts: This role involves working on a two-week rotating roster. You must be fully available for both weeks.

Line 1 - Casual with the view to permanent 32 hours per fortnight
Week 1:
Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00am (sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Sunday: 9am - 5pm

Week 2:
Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00am (sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00am)

Payrates:

• Base hourly rate: $35.01
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.51
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.21
• Saturday: $49.02
• Sunday: $63.02
• Public holiday: $77.03

Your Certificates and Licenses:

• Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Australian Driver’s License
• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
• NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety, and You
• Current First Aid and CPR
