Are you our new Dispensary Technician/Pharmacy Assistant?
Whether you enjoy the challenge of working behind the counter or providing quality service and advice directly to customers, we are looking for someone with Community Pharmacy experience and great attention to detail. This is the perfect opportunity for an an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to grow their skills within the dispensary and take on a new and exciting challenge within their community pharmacy career - are you our next Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician?
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first port of call when customers come into a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy. You will be responsible for sales, top level customer service and giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate. At TerryWhite Chemmart, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our pharmacies, and our Pharmacy Assistants act as shining examples of this philosophy.
In order to provide the best quality service to our customers, Dispensary Technicians are responsible and accountable for efficient and accurate dispensing of medicines and packing of dosage administration aids, and administrative support in the dispensary. Working ‘behind the counter’ the Dispensary Technician’s is required to replenish stock, prepare prescriptions, and coordinate stock movement within the dispensary whilst also making recommendations to customers, within your training level and experience. As well as having a strong attention to detail, successful candidates will also demonstrate completion or enrolment in Cert III or IV in Community Pharmacy.
