Head Waiter / Supervisor

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Hands on shift manager; running shifts as well as working along side the entire team
- Implementation and following of system & processes
- Training staff up to Hot Tamale's high standard
- Giving each guest a great experience at Hot Tamale
- Start as a Waiter supervisor and the sky's the limit for the right person!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Min 2 years in a supervisor or higher role
- Min 4 years hospitality experience in a restaurant (table service, high volume)
- 2+ year commitment to the venue
- Natural great customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $67,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
