Accenture ANZ’s Early Careers Recruitment team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Early Careers/Campus Recruiter to help deliver our ambitious early talent and graduate hiring strategy. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across Technology, Strategy & Consulting, Industry X, Song, and Operations business groups.
What You’ll Do:
As the Early Careers Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Accenture’s future talent strategy. Your role will include:
Designing and delivering impactful programs such as Graduate roles, Internships, Cadetships, and Traineeships tailored to business needs.
Building and executing innovative campus engagement strategies to elevate Accenture’s employer brand and attract diverse talent from university and non-university backgrounds.
Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and keep warm programs while ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
Partnering with business leaders and talent teams to strategically identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across diverse areas of the organization.
Representing Accenture as a trusted brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and partnerships with universities, VET/TAFE institutions, schools, and community organizations.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 3-5 years of experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, bonus if within tech, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments.
Thrives in high-volume hiring and managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
Is experienced in driving on-campus presence and engagement strategies.
Can build credibility with both early talent and senior stakeholders.
Is passionate about early careers, with a proactive and data-driven mindset.
