- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
- Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare
- Be willing to support and guide the team
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Available to open and close when required
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Be an excellent communicator with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
