Educational Leader role (Full time - mt-leave/contract role)
12-month contract
To be considered for this EL role , you will have:
- Diploma Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA or Diploma.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working in the early years sector (essential)
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (VIC state)

About guardian Leopold Centre:
Located on Dandenong Rd, the multi-level 132 place centre includes a range of exciting, resource-rich environments. The spacious centre also holds French lessons, yoga classes, weekly family breakfasts, and an interactive indoor/outdoor program. Our diverse team of Educators enjoy great community connections, team celebrations for key milestones and monthly meetings.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy;
- Leading the development and implementation of the curriculum in collaborating with Educators to maximize each child’s development and learning.
- Supporting Educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program.
- Support Educators to assess each child’s learning and development.
- Establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.
- Contributing to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.
