Job Title: Early Childhood Educator
Location: Tarneit – Grand Central, VIC, Australia - 2 Gunter Dr, 3039
Employment Criteria: Only Australian citizens or permanent residents. No sponsorship available.
Job type: Must work full time and be flexible with rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, adjusting your approach for each developmental stage.
- Display flexibility in shift patterns—actively rotate between both opening, middle and closing shifts as required. No exceptions will be considered.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Child Safe Standards, embedding safe, respectful, and supportive practices in everyday interactions with children and families.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment as part of a professional educator team.
- Must hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Hold valid Australian citizenship or permanent residency—unfortunately, no sponsorship is available.
- A sound understanding of, and commitment to, Child Safe Standards with a proactive approach to embedding them in your practice.
- WWCC for VIC state
- Adaptability to cater to various age groups and changing routines.
