- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or working-towards (essential)
- 1+ years experience working in a childcare service
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
