The Centre

Chadstone, our 99-place centre on Huntingdale Road is close to public transport and has street parking available. The light-filled and homely centre incudes a water feature, a cubby area, pet rabbits, a worm farm, vegetable gardens, compost bins and a range of age-specific ateliers. The range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including a newly refurbished yard –are where our exciting programs come to life. We are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays. The children and Educators enjoy venturing into the centre’s garden to gather food to use in meals and cooking classes throughout the week.


The Opportunity
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy;

• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered, you will have:

• A Completed Certificate 3 or Working towards.
• Prior experience in long day-care
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Check
