The Role
Successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
• Assist in the creation of electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
• Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal Engineering and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.

Essential criteria

• Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
• Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Workers License.
• Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
• Valid Driver's License - "C" Class"

Desirable criteria

• Experience in the mining sector
• Proficient in Microsoft word
• High Risk Work Licence – WP, DG, RB
• West Australian based
