About the Role
This role works directly with students to build their confidence, skills, and readiness to secure meaningful opportunities — from work experiences to employment. Through targeted job coaching, workshops, and career programs, it connects students to real-world outcomes and contributes to building future talent pipelines by working closely with industry to match student potential with employer needs.
This is a full time position at a HEP6, $88,691 - $96,001 classification +17% superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week over a fixed term (2 year) contract period.

Key Duties
- Support the design and delivery of impactful careers and employability initiatives, including one-on-one job coaching and engaging programs that equip students for real-world success
- Identify, coach, and connect students with meaningful opportunities that support students to build experience and secure employment.
- Work closely with the industry team and digital support to create holistic career experiences and insights, ensuring students access relevant and engaging resources across their journey.
About You:
- Skilled in providing career coaching or employability advice to post-secondary students, taking a student-centred approach
- Background in career development, employability, or graduate recruitment, with an outcome focus on supporting student to connect with meaningful opportunities
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect across diverse teams and cohorts, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
