Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you love motivating others and being part of a supportive community? Form Athletic is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our team!

Your Role Includes:
– Leading high-energy, fun, and effective group classes (strength, cardio, functional fitness, etc.)
– Providing coaching and encouragement to members of all fitness levels
– Creating a positive, uplifting experience for every member
– Assisting with programming and member check-ins
We’re Looking For:
✔ Cert III or IV in Fitness (or currently completing)
✔ A positive, energetic attitude
✔ Great communication and people skills
✔ Passion for helping others achieve their goals
✔ Availability for early mornings and evenings
Bonus Points:
– Previous experience running group fitness or small group PT
– Additional certifications (Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, etc.)
