We are looking for an Enterprise Change Manager to drive strategic change management to lead impactful change aligned with our corporate Strategy.
The Enterprise Change Manager will provide strategic input into the development and implementation of Change Management campaigns and practices across the enterprise while fostering strategic partnerships with divisional and functional leads to maximise the bank’s capacity for change while ensuring business readiness, full adoption and successful outcomes.
This role can be based out of either the Head Office in Sydney (Mascot) or Melbourne (Collingwood)

What you will be doing
- Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Enterprise Governance to develop, implement and evolve the Bank's Strategic Change Management Strategy over a rolling 3-year time horizon
- Monitor the enterprise-wide change demands on our people and customers
- Advise senior leaders and the Executive in their roles as Change Management Sponsors
- Guide (and at times lead) Change Impact Assessments with key stakeholders to inform strategies and change planning
- Guide (and at times develop and implement) Business Readiness Assessments to assist strategic change adoption decision making
- Design, implement and embed metrics for measuring change success
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise change and strategic transformation programs
- Seasoned in navigating complex change journeys and delivering outcomes in challenging organisational contexts.
- Proven ability to engage, advise, and influence senior leaders, executives, and dispersed teams across hybrid environments.
- Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.

- Experience in supporting a strategic merger integration program is highly desirable
