About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and systems-minded Enterprise Investment Portfolio Analyst to contribute to the development and ongoing balancing of the Enterprise Portfolio including development of unconstrained, constrained and optimised Enterprise investment plans across long-, medium- and short-term horizons that are aligned to Endeavour’s strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities
Value Framework
- Maintain the Enterprise Value Framework to ensure alignment with Strategic Objectives.
- Review and update value measures ahead of each planning cycle.
Enterprise Portfolio
- Support the Enterprise Portfolio Lifecycle process.
- Facilitate development of an unconstrained investment portfolio using the Value Framework and Investment Decision Support Tool.
- Conduct Capex/Opex scenario modelling with Regulatory, Strategy, and Finance to inform executive decisions.
- Produce a prioritised portfolio aligned with planning timeframes and strategic direction.
- Assist with balancing in-flight and short-term portfolios to meet strategic goals.
- Develop and enhance tools and models to optimise Capex/Opex investment through risk-based assessments.
- Coordinate portfolio handover to delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain reporting on portfolio status and future resource needs.
- Perform project/program tiering and categorisation.
Regulatory
- Support Regulatory Proposal development and compliance reporting.
- Contribute to regulatory rule change responses.
- Deliver RIT-D assessments for augmentation and replacement projects.
- Assist in preparing the annual Distribution Annual Planning Report (DAPR).
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar/professional role Experience in a regulated or infrastructure-focused environment (e.g., energy, water, transport) is a bonus, but not essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering / Business/ Commerce / Economics or equivalent experience
