Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Environment and Community Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in maintaining environmental standards and compliance, in addition to assisting with maintaining community relations.
  • Supporting the Environment & Community Superintendent in the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance of biodiversity and land management initiatives.
  • Ensuring effective monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of biodiversity offsets, buffer land, and conservation programs while supporting regulatry compliance and environmental best practices.
Skills and Experience
Esstential Criteria:

  • Teritary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Commitment to environmental management.
  • Technical knowledge of environmental impacts.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the resources industry.
  • Good project and contractor management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to source and analyse data to facilitate management decision making.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
