You need to be able to think on your feet and have a solid understanding of the inclusive education policy for EQ.
You need to be able to follow explicit programs working within small groups and individual settings.
At times you will work with students who have complex behaviour needs and require extensive support within the learning environment.
At times you will be required to support with the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and associated activities that will be used within the classroom setting.
