About this opportunity:
Executive Support:
Provide proactive, high-level EA support to the International President & Chief Merchandising Officer- Design & Production.
Complex calendar and diary management, ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones and dual offices.
Coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries, and visas.
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as the go-to person for all office-related needs.
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment and service contracts.
Ensure the Melbourne office is a well-organised, productive, and positive work environment.

Fashion Calendar & Critical Path:
Provide operational support aligned with the critical path and manage scheduling accordingly
Track and flag critical path milestones and deadlines in coordination with relevant departments.

You will Bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within fashion, retail, or a fast-paced creative industry.
Strong experience with international travel coordination and diary management at C-suite level.
Demonstrated experience in expense reconciliation and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of a fashion critical path and seasonal delivery cycles.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Discretion, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, excel and relevant productivity tools​​​​​​​
