What You’ll Do:
As an Experienced Field Service Technician, your role will be crucial in delivering top-tier service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing advanced routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of air compressors.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions to minimise downtime for our valued customers.
- Providing exceptional technical support and guidance to clients, building trustworthy relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Installation of new equipment and commissioning.
- Assembling and testing new equipment.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a driven and highly skilled air compressor technician who possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the air compressor industry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 + Years proven experience in servicing and maintaining air compressors and ancillary equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for explaining technical issues clearly and courteously to customers.
- A valid Australian driver’s license is essential, and certifications such as Forklift and EWP are highly desirable.
