About the Role
We are looking for an experienced candle pourer to join our production team on a casual basis. You’ll be working with premium soy blend wax and fragrance oils to produce high-quality candles to our exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring, melting, and pouring wax with precision
- Ensuring accurate fragrance ratios and correct pour temperatures
- Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
- Following strict safety and cleanliness procedures
- Assisting with other production tasks as required such as cleaning and packaging of the finished product.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ candle pouring experience (hand-poured, small-batch production preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Must be able to work on-site in Pascoe Vale
Hours & Pay
- Casual role — hours will vary depending on production needs
- Immediate start available
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
