About the Role:
An Automotive Parts Interpreter sells parts and accessories for cars.
We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Automotive Parts Interpreter or an Experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department located in Kirrawee.
This position will be full time Monday to Friday.
Your future role will look like:
- Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
- Respond to customer needs and enquiries in an automotive workplace (counter, phone & email enquiries)
- Selling automotive products and services
- Pick and process orders
- Assist in the warehouse / workshop
- Delivery driving (when required)
- Preparing quotes & parts documentation
About you:
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, possess a good phone manner.
- No previous work experience is needed but a passion for all things automotive is a must!
- Strong work ethic, reliable & punctual
- Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
- Able to take instructions
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service; in particular when dealing with our clients
- Great communication skills & computer skills
- Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Previous automotive experience will be highly regarded
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
