We're Hiring: Female Support Worker
Shift: Casual | Location: Bayswater and Surrounds

We’re looking for a warm-hearted, professional, and motivated Female Support Worker to join our friendly and inclusive team. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, dignity, and person-centred care.
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their home and community. This includes:
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting social outings and community engagement
- Encouraging independence while being a respectful and safe presence
About You:
- You’re kind, patient, and an excellent communicator
- Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health support is a plus, but heart and attitude matter most
- Hold (or willing to obtain) relevant checks: NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Working with Children, and valid Australian Full driver's licence

- Monday to Friday

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
