About the role
As an Experienced Underground Truck Operator/Nipper, you’ll be a key player in our underground mining team, supporting both Development and Production cycles.
Your day-to-day will include:
Operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment
Supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation
General mine services and housekeeping
Identifying and managing safety hazards
You’ll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with a range of stakeholders including Foremen, Superintendents, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams.
About you
You’re not just experienced—you’re safety-conscious, mechanically minded, and ready to make a difference underground.
What you’ll bring:
Currently residing or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie (at own costing)
A valid manual Driver’s Licence
Minimum 6 months of underground mining experience
Valid RPL's from your previous employer
Strong knowledge of underground truck operations
Solid understanding of safe work procedures
Good communication and observation skills
Familiarity with JSA and Take 5 systems
