Work on the road fulltime undertaking in home inspections
About the Role:
Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever. This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing Sales team as an External Sales Consultant servicing the Sunshine Coast region, where success will come easy as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products. Fully qualified warm appointments will be made with clients for you to visit in home to provide relocation quotes for house moves.
You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year. As this role is on the road and work from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary will be essential. So too will be how well you build rapport with clients and help them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Carrying out in home inspections from fully qualified warm appointments
- Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client
- Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients’ needs are met
- Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve
- Maintain exemplary customer service throughout
About you:
Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
What we hope you have:
- Experience in international relocation sales advantageous
- The ability to apply excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills throughout your interactions
- Good problem solving and spatial estimation skills
- The ability to follow best-practice processes, while striving for continuous improvement
- Enjoy working independently and driven by results
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Be passionate, enthusiastic, and positive with a highly professional attitude
- You are located on the Sunshine Coast, ideally the Coolum area
- A vehicle licence and your own car
