As a F&B Attendant - Banquets, you will bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for service to ensure every banquet runs smoothly. From preparing stations to anticipating guest needs, your role is key to delivering seamless and unforgettable experiences.
Position Summary:
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, buffets, action stations, dessert and cordial carts as outlined in Banquet Event Orders
- Set up tables, service areas and banquet stations with attention to detail and brand standards
- Communicate guest needs, allergies, dietary restrictions and special requests to the kitchen team
- Clear courses, crumb tables and bus used tableware while ensuring cleanliness and order at all times
- Replenish buffet items to maintain freshness, consistency and presentation
- Monitor tableware and glassware to ensure they are clean, polished and guest-ready
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with genuine care, handling special banquet requests professionally
- Maintain sanitation, safety and organization of service areas throughout the event
- Support the banquet team to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish
About You:
- Previous banquet or food & beverage service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional presentation with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds independently (and more with assistance)
- Comfortable standing, walking and moving for extended periods during shifts
- Adaptable, detail-oriented and eager to support team success
