We're Hiring: Female Support Worker
Location: Dandenong and Surrounding suburbs

Pay Rate: $33.00 to $40.00 p/h
About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to NDIS participants. This role involves working closely with individuals who have a variety of needs, including personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and companionship
- Support clients with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
- Assist with community access, transport, and recreational activities
- Manage behaviours of concern in a calm and respectful manner
- Encourage independence and build client capacity
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
About You:
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role
- Comfortable with personal care duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Requirements:
- Female support worker
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Valid Full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
