ABOUT THE JOB
- Deliver exceptional training programs to retail teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling
- Coach and mentor store personnel to deliver a world-class customer experience
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure brand consistency
- Analyse sales data and provide insights to optimise strategies
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- Proven experience in retail management or training within the beauty industry, preferably with luxury brands
- Strong understand of beauty trends and customer needs
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to key locations in Melbourne CBD, Chadstone, Highpoint and Doncaster
- Proficiency in sales techniques and retail best practices.
