Delta FM are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 14/14 Days Only roster FIFO From Perth.
THE POSITION
- Oversee a team of tradesman from Electricians, Plumbers & Carpenter to support the maintenance of the camp
- Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
- Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.
- Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning
- Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
- Possess relevant trade qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
- Asset Management experience
- Facilities Management experience
- Excellent communication
- Strong computer skills
- Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
- Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
