The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate Services Division at the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.
In this role, you will provide accurate and timely financial support and advice to divisional clients and staff. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing financial reports, enhancing the delivery of high-quality financial services, and analysing financial data to provide clear, reliable advice that supports informed decision-making.
The role contributes to the agency’s priorities by supporting organisational performance as a modern, flexible, and responsive organisation that values and develops its people, while also assisting in the delivery of broader strategic objectives.
You will also play an important role in the agency’s budget development process, providing advice and consultancy on complex budget and financial management issues.

Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
- Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).

- Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements
- Role is in either Adelaide CBD or Metropolitan Adelaide. If located in CBD incumbent will be required to work regularly in other locations across metropolitan Adelaide.
- Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
- You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations when applying for a role.
- The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
Remuneration
ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
