The role
We currently have Finance Business Partner roles available within both our Retail and Logistics portfolios.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner plays a key leadership role within the Finance team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and management reporting to support operational performance. The role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and management teams, providing strategic financial guidance, responding to ad hoc queries, and delivering insightful reports and analysis that drive informed decision-making and business performance.
What you will be doing
Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing and analysing monthly financial results, including presentations for internal stakeholders and Group Finance.
- Developing quarterly leadership reporting, including Board and CFO reports.
- Supporting regular internal reporting, such as Investment Committee and Board papers.
- Assisting Group Finance with accounting papers and provide ad hoc reporting and commentary.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Preparing, review, and analyse quarterly forecasts in consultation with client groups.
- Presenting forecasts to key stakeholders and support planning discussions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to review fee drivers and budget assumptions.
- Contributing to Investment Committee and Board papers related to operational impacts.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Driving process improvements through enhanced systems, technology, and business practices.
- Supporting in ad hoc projects that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
What makes you stand out
- Relevant Degree (Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent)
- CA/CPA qualified with at least 3+ years post qualified experience
- Real Estate experience
- Team management and leadership experience
