The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as an FP&A / BI Analyst, where you will play a critical role in gathering, transforming and visualising financial data from multiple sources to provide data-driven financial insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making in the Finance team.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience working with SaaS or tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and consolidate data from platforms such as CRM (e.g Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc), CSM (e.g Zendesk, Custify, etc), ERP (e.g Xero, Quickbooks) and Excel
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Translate raw data into actionable insights for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Support various financial planning and analysis activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Identify data quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial planning.
Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key trends and business drivers
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
Support scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives for product, sales, and operations
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support cross-functional teams and leadership requests
Who You Are:
2–4 years of experience in FP&A or BI Analytics or similar roles—preferably in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment
Proven experience working with financial and operational data from CRM systems, Zendesk, Xero, and Excel.
Proficiency in BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple data sources and deliver clear, insightful reports.
Familiarity with finance and accounting principles (CPA/CA qualification is a plus).
Experience with SQL or data transformation tools.
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and business partnering skills
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
