About the role
Help us keep our people and equipment moving safely and efficiently.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Fleet and Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the ongoing scheduling and maintenance of our Group’s owned, leased, and hired Plant and Equipment – including our Heavy Commercial Vehicles and specialised fleet.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely, through strong coordination, supplier partnerships, and system management.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the servicing, repair, and ongoing maintenance of our fleet and plant assets, working closely with approved providers and Fleet Management Organisations.
- Maintain accurate records across our asset and maintenance systems, including the Plant Assessor, IVMS, and Telematics platforms.
- Build positive supplier relationships and oversee their compliance, performance, and day-to-day coordination.
- Monitor asset performance and contribute to audits, risk assessments, and best-practice improvements in fleet and plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities include
- Confident and clear communicator, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships with a variety of fleet suppliers.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret reports and data (using intermediate Excel skills) to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and organised approach to time management.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, balancing competing demands on resources and budgets.
- Confident using digital tools and systems, including FMS, SAP and Plant Assessor.
