- Lead and supervise FOH staff (rostering, training, performance)
- Ensure oustanding guest experience quality
- Handle customer feedback and special (including VIPs)
- Suppport with POS,inventry and daily operations
- Work closely with the restaurant owner/manager foe smooth operations
- Maintain a clean professional and welcoming environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Japanese language is a plus but not necessary)
- Wine and Sake knowledge
- Omakase knowledge, passion for Japanese cuisine and culture
- Reliable, proactive, and service-focused
- 11:30am-10:00 pm roster
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 38 per week
