We’re on the lookout for friendly, passionate, and reliable individuals to join our growing team at Jack Gray Café in Grays Point.
Whether you're an experienced hospitality pro or someone looking to grow in a supportive and welcoming environment, we have Front of House, Barista, and All-Rounder roles available in full-time, part-time and casual capacities.
About the Role:
- Provide warm, genuine customer service in a buzzing café setting
- Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Prepare quality coffee and hot beverages (for barista roles)
- Support both day and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and support team operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or café experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and team collaboration
- Availability to work a mix of day and evening shifts
- A current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is compulsory
- Barista experience highly valued (if applying for coffee role)

Pay: $25.00 – $39.95 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
