About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to contribute to impactful outcomes in our Integrated Services department. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across our café sites and conference centre, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and clients.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to event operations, drive service excellence, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional food and beverage service across café and conference operations
- Set up and pack down event spaces according to client specifications
- Maintain clean and hygienic service areas, including general cleaning duties
- Assist customers with dietary requirements and menu inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Uphold food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards
- Work flexibly across shifts, locations, and rosters
Skills and Experience Required
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (Mandatory)
- Food Handling Certificate (Mandatory)
- Previous experience in café, restaurant, or function centre roles
- Strong customer service skills in busy environments
- Barista and basic food preparation skills
- Ability to work varied casual roster including evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
