Job Description
Support the daily operations of the outlet and assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the restaurant.Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, both in-house and external, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering menu recommendations and assistance through meaningful interactions.
Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venue’s service and operations.
Maximise seating efficiency and guest flow through effective multitasking and clear communication with the management team.
Accurately process financial transactions and carry out end-of-day closing procedures in line with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
