Job Description
Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in stunning alpine surrounds? Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is calling for a passionate and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to become a key player in our vibrant F&B team.

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take the reins of daily floor operations in our restaurant and bar, especially during evening service. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the front-of-house team during busy service periods, ensuring smooth, seamless and high-quality guest experiences
- Liaising closely with the kitchen to maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Coaching, motivating and training Food & Beverage Attendants, setting a high benchmark for service excellence
- Assisting with team rosters, opening/closing procedures and ensuring venue compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Promoting the resort’s food and beverage offerings and upselling where possible to enhance the guest experience
HIGA Award Rate:
- Monday-Friday: $29.88
- Saturday: $37.35
- Sunday: $44.82
Qualifications
To be a success in this position, you will have:
- 12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment
- A current RSA certificate
- Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
