Job Requirements:
-> Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer in the hospitality industry
-> Fluent English speaker (English speaking is essential for this role)
-> Availability to work weekends and long shifts (12-14 hours)
-> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
-> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
-> Marketing skills (a plus, but not essential)
Responsibilities:
-> Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
-> Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
-> Process payments and manage billing
-> Maintain accurate records and reports
-> Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
