Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs. Verify guest information, handle payments, and ensure a smooth transition for arriving and departing guests.
- Reservation Management: Manage room bookings and reservations using the hotel’s property management system. Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance their stay experience.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and payments. Prepare and process reports as needed.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures and protocols. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Upselling: Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive additional revenue.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality or business certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $21.79 – $39.11 per hour
