Bread Social is on the lookout for a Front of House Supervisor to lead with warmth, deliver old-school hospitality, and make every visit to our Tweed Heads bakery a memorable one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Brewing delicious coffee & beverages with barista confidence
- Leading by example, creating a welcoming & fun atmosphere for both guests and team
- Serving up our locally loved sourdoughs, pastries, and baked treats with a smile
- Helping to support, motivate and grow our team and deliver the best customer service
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hospitality experience (barista/specialty coffee experience a must)
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for team culture & customer experience
- Someone keen for a long-term role with growth opportunities
- Flexible week / Work days can be determined with successful candidate
