As Front of House at FS8 Cairns Northern Beaches, you play a crucial role in shaping our members’ first impressions and overall experience.
Your duties encompass driving sales, conducting member inductions, studio tours, handling phone sales and inquiries, and ensuring the space is clean and inviting.
You're also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the studio, capturing engaging social media content, and, when necessary, stepping onto the floor to lead classes, providing coverage for our training team. A qualification in Pilates is preferred.
Your versatility and commitment to these tasks are vital in creating an exceptional environment for our members.
Responsibilities include:
- Studio check‑ins, phone sales & member inductions
- Giving vibrant tours & capturing social media moments
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming space (including crèche!)
- Driving on‑floor class coverage when needed
- Delivering 5 star member experience & boosting studio sales
