The role
Crown Towers Sydney is looking for experienced Front Office Attendants to join the team on a full-time basis. Working in a fast paced and highly interactive environment, our guest satisfaction and luxury guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. Front Office Attendants play a key role in ensuring that guests, visitors and VIPs receive exceptional service throughout their stay. They work collaboratively with various departments including Gaming, F&B, Bell Services, Housekeeping and Concierge to deliver unforgettable stays, whilst gaining professional development and training in an iconic, integrated resort.
Key responsibilities:
- Checking in and checking out guests, ensuring smooth front-desk operations
- Appropriately allocating rooms and escorting guests to their destination as required
- Confirming and processing accurate payment processing
- Using the Opera PMS system to accurately enter guest information and visit history is up-to-date
- Providing tailored and elevated guest experiences, including organising taxi/limousine services
- Establishing quick and genuine rapport with guests and visitors
- Answering guest queries and offering assistance when guests may require additional support
- Assisting in the reservation processes where required
Candidate requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a front office, reception, or guest relations role
- Experience in a fast-paced, premium and customer-first environment
- Knowledge of Opera Property Manager System is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnights and public holidays
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation standards appropriate for a luxury hospitality environment
