Job Description
Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries.Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, embodying Accor’s Heartist culture and values.
Assist with the training, coaching, and empowerment of Front Office team members.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Accor brand standards.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
Promote Accor’s offers, services, and facilities to guests.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, supporting Accor’s Workplace Health & Safety and Planet 21 environmental initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
Strong personal integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
